About BHC
A coordination partner for cross-category sourcing
BHC is a China-based industrial trading and sourcing company. We work with overseas buyers and manufacturing partners across Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, coordinating product categories that often sit with different suppliers.
What we do
Buyers often need several product categories at once. Each category may involve a different supplier, quotation scope and approval point. BHC coordinates that work from a single procurement brief: matching suppliers, comparing quotation scope, confirming specifications and samples, monitoring production progress and arranging inspection and export handover with the parties appointed for the order.
Our role is coordination and information. We do not manufacture products, and we do not publish factory prices. Where a requirement depends on the supplier or an appointed inspection or logistics provider, it is confirmed for that specific product and order.
The result is a clearer working method for buyers sourcing across categories in Northern China: defined responsibilities, written approvals and a record of what has been agreed.
Role and working scope
BHC coordinates supplier matching, quotation comparison, written approvals and agreed order follow-up. Manufacturing, inspection and logistics activities are performed by the suppliers and providers appointed for the order. Scope, timing and responsibilities are agreed before execution.
